Our 'People Together, Planet Forever' Sustainability Pledge
We are living in times of urgent social and environmental change. As individuals, the design community and societies at large, we are questioning how we can create a better, fairer future. At the heart of Shaw Contract we design products and solutions with our customers in mind. Everybody counts.
Our People Together, Planet Forever marque represents our commitment to smarter social and environmental impacts combined, and it will appear across all Shaw Contract communication touch points. It is a mark to motivate us and remind us of the bigger movement that join our actions and interactions. As such, it is a symbol of encouragement and positive intent.
Global People + Planet Day 2024
Together, we can achieve incredible things! On May 3rd we had a great turn out for our Global Day for People & Planet. Our teams worldwide dedicated their time to volunteering activities, giving back to their local communities. In EMEA, our activities were diverse: supporting the Salvation Army Trade organisation in their retail shops across the UK, installing free carpet tiles at Sanquhar School Academy, opening a local factory shop in Sanquhar, Scotland, assisting the Nabdh Al Emarat Volunteering team in Dubai with food distribution, and spending time with elderly individuals from the Vitalis organisation in the Netherlands.
We are a human-centric, people-powered organisation.
We are living in times of urgent social and environmental change. As individuals, the design community and societies at large, we are questioning how we can create a better, fairer future. At the heart of Shaw Contract we design products and solutions with our customers in mind. Everybody counts.
