The Upper West Side Condos prioritize residents by merging natural elements with modern luxury. Inspired by the serene landscapes near Toronto, the design creates a sanctuary that harmonizes urban living with nature. Reclaimed brick and greenery evoke tranquility and foster well-being, making this project an oasis in the city.

Community-Oriented Spaces

With amenities like a wellness center, co-working spaces and a social lounge, the Upper West Side Condos go beyond just residential living. These thoughtfully designed spaces encourage interaction among residents and guests, nurturing a strong sense of community and inclusivity within a luxurious environment.

Journey Through Nature, Floor by Floor

Every floor of the 14-story tower offers a unique experience. Hallways feature backlit transparencies of tree canopy views, creating an immersive journey through nature. The Shaw Contract Mist carpet, with its watercolor aesthetic, adds to the soothing ambiance, ensuring residents experience tranquility throughout their homes.
