As a Design Director for the Gensler Bangalore office, Jaime brings 20 years of workplace design and planning experience spanning four continents.
He has led multicultural teams and supported clients in multiple time zones and complex environments.
Currently, Jaime co-leads the workplace technology practice area for the APME region.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture, product design, and a Master’s in Interior Design, all completed in his native Colombia.
Karuna Arun

An architect by training, Karuna brings over 18 years of experience in delivering workplace, retail, and hospitality environments.
Her work is defined by a strong focus on bridging design intent with execution excellence.
Karuna is known for creating functional, human centric spaces that integrate sustainability and material intelligence.
As a jury member, she brings a practical, delivery-driven perspective to evaluating design innovation and impact.
Shweta Grover

She is an award-winning designer who has worked with several leading companies to create visionary work environments and RE portfolios.
A strong believer in exploring potential, obliterating boundaries and pushing out the edges of what can be, Shweta has widened her contribution by actively involving herself in various facets related to Brand Building, Business Growth, Strategy, Skilling, Mentoring and more. Shweta is an active member of the Workplace Design & RE Community.
