Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are chemicals released, or off-gassed, from everyday products and materials.
High levels of VOCs can affect indoor air quality and contribute to health concerns such as irritation and headaches. Choosing low-VOC products and maintaining good ventilation can help reduce exposure.

Our carpet tiles and LVT are designed with low VOC emissions and are certified to rigorous indoor air quality standards covering VOC emissions and odours.
Carpet tiles are certified Indoor Air Comfort Gold by Eurofins, as well as M1 and A+ certified.
LVT products are Indoor Air Comfort Gold and FloorScore® certified, with IAQ Certification and formulations made without ortho-phthalates.

M1 Certified
Strict Nordic emission standards.
The Finnish M1 classification confirms very low emissions of VOCs and other harmful substances, while also assessing material odour. It is widely recognised across the Nordic countries.

A+ Certified
The highest indoor air quality rating.
The French A+ classification indicates very low VOC emissions from building materials and furnishings. The scale ranges from A+ (very low emissions) to C (high emissions).
